Overview

An iconic play written by Bhisham Sahni reinterpreting the life and philosophy of 15th-century saint poet Kabir. Directed by M.K. Raina and produced by Anirban Ghosh (Baan G), the music arrangements incorporate rare verses of Kabir and Raidas, modernizing the 1982 classical soundtrack composed by the late Panchanan Pathak. Debuted at Mahindra Kabira Festival 2021 to widespread acclaim, the rock opera has toured extensively, selling out IHC Stein Auditorium and venues across Bangalore.
